Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Miztrace uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) when you use our website and dashboard. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage works similarly. They let a site remember information, such as keeping you signed in.
2. Cookies we use
We only use cookies and storage that are essential to run the Service:
| Type | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication / session | Keep you securely signed in to your account (set by our authentication provider). | Strictly necessary |
| Preferences | Remember in-app choices such as UI state, stored in your browser’s local storage. | Strictly necessary / functional |
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on our own users.
3. A note on the email tracking pixel
Miztrace’s core feature embeds a tracking pixel in the emails our customers send. That pixel is not a cookieand does not store anything on the recipient’s device — it simply loads an image so the sender can see when the message was opened. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.
4. Managing cookies
Because the cookies we set are strictly necessary, disabling them may prevent you from signing in or using the Service. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; refer to your browser’s help pages for instructions.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
